There are a few conditions that could be causing a device to not sync with the Kabuto Dashboard.
- Kabuto has been uninstalled from the device
- Kabuto is being blocked by the device's firewall
- Kabuto is being quarantined/blocked by an AntiVirus
- Kabuto has been blocked from starting up as a Startup Application
- The device has lost network connectivity
