If you're receiving one or more authentication errors when launching TechWARU ("error: 80," "170," "path not found," or something similar), the firewall on the computer might be preventing TechWARU from authenticating. Usually, disabling the firewall addresses the problem.
However, the hardware firewall may be interfering with TechWARU's authentication check. If that's the case, verify that port 80 is open. You may also need to add the following IP Addresses as exceptions:
