TechUSB's hard drive scans will attempt to unmount all other drives TechUSB detects. Occasionally they fail to do so. Here is a temporary work-around until we permanently fix the issue.
- In this case, we have a 201 GB File system mounted.
To see this screen, open File Manager on the desktop and look for attached drives. If the drive needs to be ejected, do so.
- Take note of the location of the drive in the field at the top of the window. In this example, the location is
- Open LXTerminal an type
umount /media/sda5replacing the
/media/sda5with the appropriate path to your drive.
- Repeat as necessary.
