1. Debug Logs: Debug Logs help our team figure out what could be going on and shed light on the issue. They can be submitted directly from TechWARU by navigating to Help > Submit Debug Logs
2. Punch in the relevant information. If you've opened a ticket already regarding your issue, you will find the ticket number in your email.
