How does your licensing work?

Each of your technicians who uses TechSuite needs his own technician account. Once active, each technician can use the software as much as he or she wants, on as many computers as they are fixing. Each technician account gives a technician their own login to TechPortal, authentication information for the software, their own configuration for TechWARU, access to the iPhone app, sortable reports, and more.

You can track and manage all technician accounts, to see who's working on what at any given time in your shop (or on site).
