What happens if my credit card doesn't work at billing time?

If, for some reason, a charge to your account fails, your TechSuite access and authentication information will be blocked.

From the date that a payment fails, we will try the card 3 times over the next two weeks. If no valid payment method has been found by that time, your TechSuite subscription will be cancelled.
